1、报考初级中学、普通高级中学和中等职业学校文化课教师资格，选择面试科目须与笔试科目三《学科知识与教学能力》相一致。
2、面试方式和程序：面试采用结构化、情景模拟等方法，通过备课、试讲、答辩等方式进行。使用教育部考试中心统一研制的面试测评系统。

(一)候考。考生持面试准考证、身份证，按时到达考点，进入候考室候考。

(二)抽题。按考点安排，登录面试测评系统，计算机从题库中随机抽取试题(幼儿园类别考生从抽取的2道试题中任选1道，其余类别只抽取1道试题)，经考生确认后，系统打印试题清单。

(三)备课。考生持备课纸、试题清单进入备课室，撰写教案(或活动演示方案)，时间20分钟。

首先综合素质 主要选择题 大题基本都是固定的答案 背下来就行 学生观教师观 教育观 这三观背下来！教师 职业道德 背下来！大题基本就不会丢分了，选择题很多考文学常识有点难，但是很多教师学生关系很简单的！然后就是作文，记住，不管写什么都要与教育有关，就不会跑题！！总之 ， 综合素质还算简单

英语！不要以为初中英语简单，他不是单纯的考语法，选择他全英文考教学，很多生单词，还有很多基础的 音标 （我虽然英语还不错，但是音标很差）最起码的元音韵音这些术语单词要记下来，还有教学术语很难，记就完了！简答题很烦，范围很广，看看真题自己到时候随便扯吧，相关合理就行，最后教案设计！分值大，很重要！套模板就行了，我当时就是记大致的教案设计框架，然后背各种课型的教案设计模板，考的最多的就是阅读，听力，语法这几个课型！
